I hope you will be happy with your purchase If you are not completely satisfied please email me within 7 days and I will do my best to resolve any problems.
All commissioned pieces require a 25 percent deposit with the balance paid on collection.
If special materials are ordered just for you then J E Varah Tiaras reserves the right to charge for these if you cancel your order without prior notice.
JE Varah Tiaras will always get proof of postage and cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
This does not affect your statutory rights
